“Over 400 startups were surveyed over a period of two months. Each company was judged on parameters like career development, work engagement, compensation, relationship management and work environment,” Dinesh Goel, CEO, Aasanjobs, said.

The list includes startups operating in the fields of robotics, healthcare, automation, education, e-commerce, among others.

Recruitment is a growing space in a country where 30 to 50 percent of employees are considering a job switch. Startups are high in demand amongst candidates, owing to the challenging atmosphere they offer, demand for candidates with not just the right skills and qualifications, but also the right attitude and mindset. Startups want people who are self-driven and who are ready to take up new responsibilities every day and look beyond than just what their KRAs define.
