Moglix is expanding its footprint across India and is now in 35 locations. The company has extended its supply chain to the western state of Goa and to Guwahati in the North-Eastern region.
The announcement of Moglixâs decision to enter new geographies comes amidst its push to offer digitally enabled supply chain solutions for indirect procurement to its customers in the enterprise and SME segments. In a statement, Rahul Garg, CEO & Founder of Moglix said âThe initiatives are part of Moglixâs strategy to de-risk the B2B supply chain for manufacturing enterprises and move closer to the points of manufacturing across Indiaâ.
Augmenting its supply chain connectivity in western India, Moglix has established a warehouse and customer collaboration center in Nuvem, located in South Goa. Currently, Moglix is offering industrial supplies of MRO and packaging and inventory management services from its Nuvem warehouse. This will help the company partner with local suppliers in the industrial corridor of Western India.
Moglix has also marked its presence in Guwahati and commenced supply chain, vendor managed inventory, and warehousing operations there. Sharing their plans to strengthen last mile supply chain connectivity in the North-Eastern region of the country, a Moglix spokesperson, in a statement said, that Assam is becoming a major hub for manufacturing for in the cement, FMCG, and infrastructure sectors.
