With festive season around the corner, banks have started coming out with their special offers to entice customers. Banks like the State Bank of India has announced loan offers and waiver of charges. Private sector lender, ICICI Bank, has announced its festive offers for customers.

For instance, as part of its festive offer, ICICI Bank is offering its two-wheeler loans at an equated monthly instalment (EMI) of Rs 36 per Rs 1,000 for a tenure of 36 months, and with a processing fee of Rs 999. (As per its website, the processing fees of a two-wheeler loan that is not part of the festive deal is: Non-Premium/Premium Vehicles is 2.5% of loan amount or maximum Rs 2,500; Super Premium Vehicles is 1% of loan amount or maximum of Rs 5,000.)

Other than this, ICICI Bank is offering discounts, cashbacks, reduced EMIs, and discounts on processing fees on basic as well as luxury items for retail as well business customers. Some of the offers will be available from as early as October 1, 2020 and others at different dates of this festive season, stated the bank’s press release.

Under which categories you can avail these offers?
These are festive loan offers:

• Home loans: Home loans and balance transfer of home loans from other banks at interest rates (repo rate linked) starting from 6.90 per cent and processing fee starting from Rs 3,000.
• Auto loans: Flexible schemes to help customers own car with tailor-made EMIs. EMIs starting at Rs 1,554 per Rs 1 lakh for a tenure of 84 months. Women customers get flat processing fee of Rs 1,999.
• .Two-wheeler loans: EMI as low as Rs 36 per Rs 1,000 for tenure of 36 months. Special processing fee of Rs 999
• Instant personal loans: Interest rate starting from 10.50 per cent and flat processing fee of Rs 3,999.
• Consumer finance loans: No-cost EMI available on leading brands of home appliance and digital products. Quick and completely digital process with minimal documentation.

Users of ICICI Bank debit/credit card, Net banking and its digital wallet Pockets can these offers:

• 10 per cent discount on online shopping with e-commerce players.
• Up to 20 per cent cashback across electronics brands. Also avail up to Rs ­5,000 cashback on select Samsung mobile phones. Customers can also avail discounts at Croma, Vijay Sales, Pai International and Poorvika.
• Additional 10 per cent discounts on apparel brands. Also avail Up to Rs 5,000 cashback on minimum purchase of Rs 50,000 from Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri.
• Avail discounts on grocery purchase with Amazon, Big Basket, Paytm Mall, Grofers and Milk Basket.
• Avail up to 20 per cent discount on leading food delivery apps like Zomato, Swiggy and Domino’s

Customers can avail these offers using ICICI Bank’s debit and credit cards, net banking and mobile banking application, iMobile.
